 Weddings

     John and his wife Kelly are much more than just DJ's - they both sing- they sing jazz so well that people at the wedding did not believe that it was live singing. So it was both a DJ and live entertainment experience, which was fantastic. They worked with us closely from the time we signed them up through the day of the event, working with us on song list, special requests, announcements, etc.. They continually were perfectly professional and gracious and we felt lucky to have them at our reception. Moreover, they also arranged for the pianist who performed at the cocktail party.

Social Celebrations

     John from Alden Entertainment was the main success of my party. He played exactly the variety of music needed to get all of my family to enjoy the day. He was able to add to the play list I provided and made perfect announcements through-out the day -that were carefully spaced out giving each their own moment. It was a casual event and yet John provided a professional environment suitable to please all my guests. I highly recommend him for any event with confidence that the customer will not be disappointed. If I have another party that entertainment is needed - I will choose Alden Entertainment.

     John Alden proved to be the perfect choice for the college graduation party we had for our son on Mother's Day afternoon. He created a sophisticated and elegant affair that was appreciated by all of our guests. He played a very appropriate mix of musical selections to compliment those we had chosen from the extensive list of songs he provided. He was sensitive to the preferences of the various age groups of our guests when making his selections, and encouraged requests. He was very polite and professional, and asked us in advance how we would like him to dress, offering to wear a tuxedo if we so desired. He is kind and sets a warm and friendly tone while being respectful of his clients and their guests.
     The vocal presentations John offers are uniquely special as he has a beautiful voice that floats through the room and captivates everyone. Even young children and teenagers stopped to listen and absorb the warmth of his heart as expressed through his music. He is very talented and has just released a CD of original songs!!
     We truly enjoyed this genuine and competent professional whose sincere interest in our affair was evident from the first phone conversation when he called us back quickly after our initial inquiry. He provides very efficient internet communication and is straightforward and honest in his estimates and charges. We will definitely ask him to be the DJ at our next affair!

     I had a birthday party for my husband last weekend at the Lyndhurst Castle in Tarrytown, NY.  A few DJ's were referred to me and John from Alden Entertainment was the first to respond, so I chose him. Sweet 16's, Proms & Kids' Parties

     Kelly was wonderful. I had karaoke at my party which was a huge success but complicated things a bit. However, every change I made she was quick to meet my needs. She had so many songs for karaoke which made it very easy for everyone to choose what they liked. She is very kind and sweet. Her iPod jack was great and made it easy to have my favorite songs played. My dad also thought that she was very professional and very easy to work with. Everyone loved her and she made my party so perfect it was such a great success and I would not hesitate to recommend her to all of my friends.
